The Springfield Boys & Girls Club is proud to welcome Edward (Teddy) J. O’Reilly II as the newest member of our Board of Directors. Teddy brings with him a wealth of professional experience, a passion for service, and a deep commitment to community—all qualities that align with our mission to enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, and responsible citizens.
Teddy is a Financial Advisor at St. Germain Investment Management, where he draws on more than nine years of experience in real estate finance. Before joining St. Germain, he held leadership roles at NewDay Financial, one of America’s top mortgage companies serving Veterans. In his role, he managed a team of 22 Account Executives, guiding them to provide solutions in real estate finance and economic security while working directly with Veterans to maximize their VA benefits. His career reflects a strong dedication to helping others achieve stability and long-term financial success.
Outside of work, Teddy enjoys playing and watching sports—especially hockey—exploring history, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Attaining future success and prosperity for our community depends on the principles and values instilled in our youth. It’s unconditionally eminent that safety, courtesy, and inclusivity are foundational components of their upbringing. For over 130 years, the Springfield Boys & Girls Club has existed to strengthen and guide the youth of our community. From humble beginnings serving an essential role in the community, I thoroughly appreciate the longstanding, esteemed history of the Club that’s remained consistent to an admirable purpose. I’m extremely grateful for an opportunity to contribute and wholeheartedly embrace their mission; to enable all young people, especially those who need us the most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, and responsible citizens. The most impactful way to ensure a prosperous future for our community is to invest our time, effort, and resources into supporting the next generation of our leaders.
