Overview:
The Program Director is a full-time position responsible for developing and overseeing youth programs at the Springfield Boys & Girls Club and supervising program staff. The ideal candidate will have experience in youth development, program management, and EEC regulations, ensuring a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for Club members.
$52,000 – $57,000
Youth Counselor/ Group Leader
Reports To:
Chief Programs Officer
Overview:
The Youth Counselor Staff is a part-time position with the Springfield Boys & Girls Club. This role is responsible for implementing programs and activities as directed by the Program Director and/or Chief Program Officer, while ensuring a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for youth. Youth Counselors are Group Leaders responsible for assisting in Planning, implementing, supervising and evaluating activities provided in the Club’s Drop-In and Licensed Programs.

Certified Lifeguard
Reports To:
Assistant Executive Director
Overview:
The Lifeguard is a part-time position within the Springfield Boys & Girls Club. S/He is responsible for the operations & safety of the pool area including the locker room areas. Below are a full list of the duties and responsibilities.
