Assistant Program Director- Full Time

Reports To:
Program Director/ Assistant Executive Director

Overview:
The Assistant Program Director is a full-time position within the Springfield Boys & Girls Club. S/he will develop and implement all programs within the club, as well as help oversee program staff. Ideally, s/he will have knowledge of and experience with EEC regulations.

Building Maintenance Staff – Full Time

Reports To:
Facility Manager

Overview:
The Building Maintenance Staff is a 40-hour per week position within the Springfield Boys & Girls Club. S/he is responsible for building maintenance and upkeep, as well as other tasks as assigned.

Director of Child Care 

Reports To:
Executive Director

Overview:
The Director of Child Care is a full-time position responsible for the overall administrative function for the Springfield Boys & Girls Club’s licensed school-age program. S/he is responsible for recruitment, intakes, assessment and re-assessment, compliance with EEC regulations, placement, relationships with voucher agencies, maintaining and filling state slots (if applicable), attendance, fee collection, record keeping, billing, developing relationships with staff at public and private schools, and managing transportation schedules and vendors. 

Teen Director – Full Time

Reports To:
Assistant Executive Director

Overview:
The Teen Coordinator is a part-time position within the Springfield Boys & Girls Club. S/He is responsible for the growth and development of the day-to-day operations of an expanding teenage community within the Club. The Teen Coordinator is responsible for the effective delivery of a broad range of activities and programs geared specifically for teens within the core program areas of Education and Career Development, Character and Leadership Development, Health and Life Skills, the Arts, and Sports, Fitness and Recreation.

Youth Counselor – Part Time

Reports To:
Program Director/ Assistant Executive Director

Overview:
The Youth Development Staff is a part-time, seasonal position with the Springfield Boys & Girls Club. S/he is responsible for implementing programs and activities as set forth by the program director and/or the assistant executive director.

Certified Lifeguard

Reports To:
Assistant Executive Director

Overview:
The Lifeguard is a part-time position within the Springfield Boys & Girls Club. S/He is responsible for the operations & safety of the pool area including the locker room areas. Below are a full list of the duties and responsibilities.
